ARM FITNESS WORKOUT AT HOME! (MINI WEIGHTS)



Arm Workout at home! (Mini Weights) ♥ Its been a while since i made a Workout With Me video and a lot of you guys have been requesting them, so I’m getting back to it! Heres a simple but challenging little arm workout routine. All of the exercises i do myself a lot so i hope this can help you too! Let me know if you would like to see an arm workout with NO weights too!! 🙂

SET ONE:
15 Weighted Squat + Press (can use water bottles etc)
15 Tricep Dips
15 Commandos

SET TWO:
10 Rounds – 4 Mountain Climbers + 1 Push up
15 Weighted Crunches (can use water bottles etc)
10 Regular Push-ups

Set a 5 Minute Timer for each set. (10 minutes total) Take it at your own pace and have fun! If you would like something more challenging repeat both sets again (20 minutes total)

Remember to finish with a stretch and let you body cool down! 🙂
