3. Hurdles (20 SECONDS X 8)

4. TRX/DB side bends (20 SECONDS X 8)

5. Landmine squat & press(20 SECONDS X 8)

6. Bench side steps or squat jacks (20 SECONDS X 8)

7. Bicycles with band/ DB sit ups(20 SECONDS X 8)

8. KB deadlift row deadlift (20 SECONDS X 8)
