1 cup raspberries
1 cup blueberries
1 cup strawberries

1 Grapefruit (peeled)
1 banana
1 cup pineapple
1 cup spinach

Day 3 *Pineapple Punch*

1 1/2 cups pineapple
1 cup raspberries
1 cup mango
1/2 banana
1 cup spinach
2 tsp ground flaxseed (optional)
2 cups water
