I finally made this video. Yay, go me!! I am going to explain how I lost 45 lbs and 10% body fat in 5 months. I started my weight loss journey on February 1st 2016 at 243 pounds and UK size 22. I hope to get to a point where I can take my body to the next level and become a UK size 12.

I do hope this video inspires you and help me to start your weight loss journey and pick up where you left off. All I want to do is inspire and motivate people. Because if I can do it, YOU CAN TOO. Focus on you and change your life.
