Leg Fitness Workout Routine At Home! Please make sure your body is nice and warm before carrying out any of these exercises.

Ab Workout:
Workout With Me Gym Hairstyles:
Arm Workout:
Bikini Booty Butt Workout:

SET ONE:
15 Squats
30 Step Ups (15 each leg)
20 leg circles laying down

SET TWO:
25 Jumping Jacks
15 Burpees
15 Squat Kicks

Set a 5 Minute Timer for each set. (10 minutes total) Take it at your own pace and have fun! If you are wanting something more challenging repeat both sets again (20 minutes total)
